Talks between Iran and a small assortment of global powers continued into a second day on Tuesday in Moscow, and the prospects for an agreement appear slim. Iranian diplomats described the atmosphere as "not positive" and there is just one session scheduled for today.

Microsoft announced a new tablet on Monday which will be available for purchase in the fall. Called Surface, it features and Ivy Bridge Core i5 processor and comes with either 64 or 128 GB of storage. It also comes with a stylus.

3.Clemens Not Guilty
After what felt like the longest legal battle of all time, Roger Clemens was acquittedited on Monday on all charges that he perjured himself in front of Congress while denying he used performance-enhancing drugs during his career as a pitcher. "I'm very thankful," he told reporters after the verdict. "It's been a hard five years."
