Time to Say Goodbye to an Old Friend

After many years of being the coolest game ever, Guitar Hero is finally coming to an end. Activision, the game's creator, announced they will not be making another Guitar Hero game. I was a big fan of Guitar Hero back in the day and I must admit, the quality of the game has fallen in recent years.
What brought about the end? Some say it was Rock Band, Guitar Hero's only real competitor. Some say people finally got tired of playing plastic guitars.
Whatever the reason, Guitar Hero will go down in video game history as one of the most successful video game franchises of all time.
