Soccer Named Calmest Sport After Ref Who Stabbed Player Beheaded

If only he'd been wearing head gear!

Just another day in the calmest, most sane sport on Earth. 

Last weekend a referee at an amateur soccer match in Brazil allegedly stabbed and killed a player after an on-field disagreement, as most impartial, sane referees do.

In response, the sane, logical fans at the amateur soccer match stormed the field, lynched the 20 year old ref named Otavio Jordao da Silva. Calmly, they tried to reason with him using stones, beatings, quarterings, and, finally, they just decapitated him. 

They then mounted his head on a spike in the middle of the pitch.

Think about that for a minute. In the year two-thousand-and-thirteen, we have amateur sports fans decapitating referees, and then mounting the head in the middle of the pitch. Also, we have referees killing players. 

All of that is simply insane. It sounds like something out of the french revolution, or Game of Thrones, not the real world. 

We seriously live in a messed up world. Also there are starving children in Africa dying of terrible disease. 

Also, if you care, one man has been arrested over the incident. He admits to attacking the ref, but denies killing him.
