Netflix is Trying to Make More 'Arrested Development'

It seems like Netflix heard my calls for more Arrested Development. It was revealed today that Netflix is in fact attempting to produce another season of the show, even after CEO Reed Hastings said earlier that it would most likely be a one season deal.

“We are in conversations with them to do another,” said Brian Grazer, co-chairman of the production company, “They are interested in doing that.”

It was apparently a struggle to get all the actors together to film the fourth season for Netflix. The show had to completely change its format and do lots of crazy editing, because the actors just couldn't get together. (Yes, this is a crappy excuse, but it's the one they're using.)
For this reason, it was thought that season four would be the shows last. But after the amazing cliffhanger ending, people weren't so sure.

If Arrested Development does not get another season, it would be the first Netflix Original to not be renewed. House of Cards, Lillyhammer, Orange is the New Black, and Hemlock Grove have all received orders for a second season.

Now fans of the Bluth family can sit and wait (hopefully not for another seven years) for more goodness.
