FOX Loves Sutherland, Cancels 'Touch,' Says "Maybe" to More '24'

Terrible and potentially awesome news coming out of FOX today.
Bad news first: the incredible show Touch got cancelled. You should all be really sad, because Touch is the greatest show on broadcast TV.

Once you get over the worst news to come out of anything ever, you can rejoice a little bit, for FOX still loves Kiefer Sutherland, and they want more of him.

Remember 24? Basically the greatest cop/action type show ever of all time? Well, it might be coming back, sort of, for a little bit.

The show finished its 8 season run in 2010, but it was so successful there were talks about a movie to air in theaters, but that project has been delayed too many times to seem realistic.

Now, however, FOX is saying they might just bring back 24 as a mini series, which would be amazing.
There's really nothing more than a “this might exist" right now, but a miniseries would likely do big business for the network, so it’s not the worst idea we’ve ever heard.

Deadline reports that the mini series would likely fall under the control of Homeland’s Howard Gordon, who was also involved in 24's original run. This also, could be awesome.

I'm hopeful for more 24, but I still wish they would bring back the amazing Touch for at least another season to wrap up the cliffhangers we're sure to get during the finale.
