Armed Robbers Make Sure Victim Has Bus Fare

An armed robber pressed a gun against a man's forehead at a bus stop and took his cell phone and money. 

Then the robber and his accomplice begin to leave, pause, and then ask the victim if he has enough money for the bus fare. He said no, and the thugs handed back two of the original $40. 

They're still at large.

This both destroys and renews my hop in humanity. It's a strange story...
