Man Shushes Women on Subway, Gets Stabbed

He asked them to please keep it down. And they responded by stabbing him in the shoulder.
This may sound like a scene from some bad sitcom, but it actually happened when Ralph Carnegary asked a group of "rowdy" women to pipe down on a New York Subway. Carnegary, a 63-year-old vendor, was heading to work when he ran into the women, aged 17 to 20, who were all holding beers, a fact that I'm sure has nothing to do with the stabbing.
They were arrested outside the 23 Street station, and screamed that they "didn't do anything," according to one witness.
Don't worry about good ol' Ralph, he's in stable condition at a hospital.
