Invisible Cars?

That picture above was on a blog post on Engadget. When I saw it I thought, "Sweet, invisible cars!" Then I realized it wasn't about invisible cars, it was bout Electric vehicles. That brought about the question, "why an invisible car for a picture?" It's strange things like these that I notice.
