Canada to the Rescue!

Pop up ads seemed to be things of the past for me, until today. While trying to find something to blog about, a random pop up ad, well, popped up. It simply said,
 "Canada to the Rescue!"
That's it. No link. No picture. Just plain text.
It was a stupid ad. The only reason that I knew it was an ad was because at the top of the screen it said
  "Ad: Canada"
I thought this was all very strange.
But, heck, I found something to blog about.
